Another great day, started off with a harbour cruise to the Toronto Islands and finished with a ballgame. The first ballgame I saw was in Seattle during the MCM course at Microsoft, coincidently the second also involved the Mariners. The highlight of the game was one of the batters, Jose Bautista, hitting his 50th home run of the season, apparently only 26 others have done so in the history of major league http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/mlb/recap?gid=300923114 . Mind you, I’m quoting these stats, I’m no expert on american baseball 🙂 We had beers and hotdogs (the beer was an excellent IPA , Alexander Keith’s) and a bag of peanuts, good healthy food, eh. Walked back to the Hilton and decided to soak our feet in the spa again …. no pressing the red button though! We’re still having a fantastic (just a little exhausting) time; off to the Zoo tomorrow .. there aren’t enough hours in the day to see and do everything we’d like to, we still have to catch up with Karen for a drink 🙂 Good onya!
