Today we saw a chipmunk!!!!  Even though it was at the zoo it was not in any of the enclosures ….it was in the wilderness part …he ran right across the road infront of us as we were walking. Tiny little things they are…they would fit into your hand….. a very small version of a squirrel …in fact they are the smallest of the squirrels. I called him “Chip”…I wonder what our next animal observation will be …..maybe a moose ….I’ll call him “Bruce” …..rest time …zzzzz
