….I want to be a part of it New York, New York. Yes we are  in the Big Apple, travelled from Washington DC today, stopped off at a park with a great view of NY and had photo time in front of the big girl …the one with the 34 foot waist…the Statue of Liberty. We had a tour group photo and then set off to NY proper, (don’t ever complain about traffic again) …didn’t take long to realise that we will have our necks craned a lot over the next few days ……tonight we have our farewell dinner with our tour group…. it has been a great trip for us, we have met some lovely people, shared some laughs, seen some incredible sights and learnt much about Canada and the USA. Tonight after the dinner we will sort out our bags and prepare for the New York shopping spree, sightseeing and show time. The days are flying by ever so quickly and it is  hard to believe that we are at this point of our trip. I must admit though that I am thinking about Georgia, Bundy, Chardy, The Girls(Izzy and Ozzy) far more often now …oh and the rest of you….. so it must be nearing time  to head home …BUT not just yet …we have to do the New York bit.
