Yes, I know I haven’t written for a while ….so here goes ….can I remember it all?  Back to Lifoe …all I can say is how great it is to see wildlife in its natural state ….the snorkelling at the bay was colourful, vibrant and relaxing all at the same time. To float around with a mask (inside smeared with spit to stop the fog) looking at Angel fish, Nemoes with a purple stripe, black and white striped fish, looooong yellow fish, tiny neon fish, parrot fish etc etc etc by the thousands all swimming in amongst clams and brain coral and other reef matter is just amazing, to say the least. Then to top that off the other side of the island put on another display of marine life to amaze the onlookers (us) ….sea turtles bobbing up and down to get their breath and surf the waves …..just great.  When we returned to the ship Mr and Mrs W…. went back to the island for an island tour and ale or two and myself, Master O and Miss G had a great afternoon on the ship. First a movie…well half a movie “Dolphin Tale” ……then onto the Lido Deck for icecream, music, thong games and fun ……a trip to the lolly shop too. Cocktails too….red ones, white ones, red and white  and ?????? whatever!!!! Skip a few or more  hours ….and here we are ….Noumea…Some places are jewels in the Pacific …and some places are just places in the Pacific…..we did have a race up to the dock with the P&O Pacific Jewel though……onto the dock and off to explore (blah blah blah) back on ship ….Lido deck fun again …..Miss G in the spa , wrinkly toes and fingers and Master O knows where the ice cream machine is ……the stewards know where the cocktail drinkers are!!!!! blue ones, yellow ones and red and yellow ones! As the ship prepares to leave Noumea, along comes Grandpa Toot tugboat ….what a show off …….side ways , then circles , then donuts on the sea …a real display ….but a real showoff too……Girls night out !!!!!!! Boys on kiddy duty!!!!!  What a hoot …..after dinner (and more cocktails in the Empire Dining Room …….off to see the hypnotist show …..hilarious!!!!!!!!! Grown adults acting like gold fish, skipping like Rocky, so much laughing , went a little hoarse…..can’t wait till the over 18s hypnosis show tonight…will be a hoot! Anyhow …another trip on the tender awaits ….Mare …will let you know !!!!!
