Atolua, our first land since leaving Brisbane. And it’s hot, damn hot! We walked from the port into the township, quick look around then fled back to the relative cool of the ship. Phew! Culturally, not too much to see, this is Milne Bay, site of various battles between the Japanese and Australian forces during WW II. Food aboard ship, service, drinks, are all at a pretty good standard, we’re enjoying ourselves 🙂
